DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer at Energage (formerly Engagedly), owning the platform the product runs on, from Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD through to observability and incident response on AWS. I build and maintain the systems that let engineering teams ship quickly and safely.

Previously at IAMOPS, I modernized infrastructure across client environments: containerizing legacy applications, running zero-downtime database migrations, enforcing SSO and RBAC across critical systems, and moving a large estate of Jenkins pipelines onto GitHub with rollback automation. At Nokia, I built security scanning pipelines and controlled upgrade workflows that cut deployment downtime by around 50%.

Built the shared CI library that nearly every service in the fleet deploys through, replacing copy-pasted pipelines with one library for builds, GitOps deploys, approval gates and notifications. Cut per-service pipeline code by around 70%, and machine-verified the migration with tooling that caught real divergence in roughly 46% of pipelines manual review had passed.
Migrated a large microservice fleet off a hand-rolled deploy service onto a GitOps control plane, bootstrapping desired state from live release values so adopting a running fleet required no redeploy, with per-service rollback as a one line config change.
Built and operate a self-hosted observability platform for logs, metrics and traces across every environment, delivered through GitOps, covering the ingestion path, retention tuning, dashboards, tiered uptime checks and alert routing.
Delivered a major-version upgrade and storage migration of stateful production infrastructure with zero data loss and under a minute of user-visible downtime, each phase gated on a rendered-manifest diff with a backup before every risky step.
Root-caused a recurring silent outage where ingestion stopped while every health check stayed green, tracing it to inode exhaustion rather than disk space, then removed the fixed ceiling and built the alerting that would have caught it.
Own the Kubernetes platform across multiple EKS clusters and AWS accounts at 99.9% uptime, with live cluster upgrades and Karpenter autoscaling for zero-downtime releases. Reduced infrastructure cost by around 30%.
