Drive the observability and incident response culture end-to-end. Managed OpenObserve, GoAlert, Datadog APM/DBM, FluentBit, and OpenTelemetry collectors across all environments, building custom dashboards for Kafka, Karpenter, and application health to keep MTTR low and reliability high.
